Customer Service Representative

Loreto Consulting is currently seeking fun, outgoing, energetic individuals to support a client contact center. The position is located in the DC Metropolitan area. The position requires the candidate to answer questions through various communication channels including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail and chat. If you enjoy helping others, you will find this role to be both challenging and rewarding.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer incoming phone calls; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.
  • Places outbound customer service calls.
  • Interacts with the customer in order to gather, enter and verify required information.
  • Candidate will attend on going training sessions in order to adhere to company service levels.
  • Candidate will abide by the standards and regulations for the program.
  • Adhere to the scheduling, in order to ensure adequate telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience using computer technology
  • Have proficiency in typing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
