Customer Service Representative
Loreto Consulting is currently seeking fun, outgoing, energetic individuals to support a client contact center. The position is located in the DC Metropolitan area. The position requires the candidate to answer questions through various communication channels including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail and chat. If you enjoy helping others, you will find this role to be both challenging and rewarding.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer incoming phone calls; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.
- Places outbound customer service calls.
- Interacts with the customer in order to gather, enter and verify required information.
- Candidate will attend on going training sessions in order to adhere to company service levels.
- Candidate will abide by the standards and regulations for the program.
- Adhere to the scheduling, in order to ensure adequate telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.
- Fun office environment with other like-minded individuals.
- Possible shift work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
- Experience using computer technology
- Have proficiency in typing
- Excellent written and verbal skills
