Contact Center Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage a team of professional customer service agents
  • Adhere to service level agreements
  • Develop and motivate team members
  • Provide program/process recommendations to upper level management
  • Interview potential new hires

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of customer service experience (contact center preferred)
  • Experience working with computer software and telephone technology
  • Experience working with CRMs and help desk technology

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Call center management experience
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
